Cardiorenal Risk Management at the Interface of Primary Care and Cardiology

Join Prof Richard Hobbs (University of Oxford, Oxford, UK), Dr Sarah Davies (Woodlands Medical Centre, Cardiff, UK) and Dr Ileana Piña (Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, US) as they explore practical strategies for streamlining cardiorenal risk management in primary care.

Through a review of the latest guideline recommendations, attendees will learn how to identify gaps in chronic kidney disease management, optimise cardiovascular risk assessment, implement SGLT2 inhibitor-based treatment strategies and confidently initiate and maintain therapy to improve patient outcomes.
