Stroke Insights is a new initiative developed by the European Stroke Organisation (ESO) and SHINE Global Stroke Collaboration
Stroke affects millions of people across Europe and around the world. The science around it is advancing rapidly, bringing new treatments, better rehabilitation approaches and a deeper understanding of risk. Yet much of this knowledge has traditionally been available mainly to academia and clinical communities, often in language that can feel distant from the people it matters to most.
Stroke Insights is here to change that. Built on the belief that robust research and plain language belong together, the platform translates the latest stroke research into clear, accessible information for stroke survivors, carers and families. By combining scientific expertise with lived experience, Stroke Insights helps people understand developments in stroke prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and recovery, and what they mean for everyday life.
