The European Primary Care Cardiorenalmetabolic Society (EPCCS) is pleased to announce that its 14th Annual Summit will take place in Warsaw, Poland, organised in partnership with the Polish Society of Family Medicine.
Cardiovascular, renal and metabolic conditions are closely linked, and they increasingly come together in the patients we see every day. Our annual Cardio-Renal-Metabolic Summit brings together primary care clinicians, specialists and researchers from across Europe. Together we review the latest evidence, share innovations and discuss what they mean for everyday practice.
