RCT in 19 South Korean centres: 3,203 patients who completed 12 months of DAPT after high-risk drug-eluting stent PCI, randomised to clopidogrel monotherapy or 24 further months of DAPT. Net primary endpoint (death, MI, stent thrombosis, stroke or BARC 2, 3 or 5 bleeding) 5.0 versus 5.1 percent (non-inferior, p=0.001); ischaemic endpoint 3.7 versus 1.6 percent (p under 0.001), all-cause death 1.3 versus 0.4 percent; bleeding 1.8 versus 4.1 percent.
